Refund Policies

We value our customers' satisfaction and, therefore, have a refund policy that aims to ensure the reimbursement of paid amounts and guarantee our commitment to the customer. In the case of a return, if the conditions of the Exchange and Return Policy are met, the customer will only receive the amount paid for the product (we will not refund the shipping) through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. It should be noted that for the refund to be made, the product or service must be in perfect condition and unused; otherwise, we will not be able to process the refund. Refund Methods: The refund of the amounts paid will occur according to the payment method used when placing the order. In the case of payment by credit card: The refund may occur within 15 (fifteen) business days or up to 02 (two) subsequent statements, this procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator used. After the refund procedure, the proof is sent via email. In the case of payment by Bank Slip or PIX: The refund will be made directly to the buyer's bank account; for this, it will be necessary to provide refund information via email with our support team. Note: For refunds of purchases by Bank Slip or Pix, the refund will only be made directly to the buyer's account.
